Dear Waverley Tennis Member,
The LTA is replacing its LTA Advantage Club membership scheme with a
new one called British Tennis starting in March 2008.
Membership of British Tennis will be compulsory for junior players in
any East of Scotland event, including leagues, in 2008. The ESLTA has
not yet decided whether it will be compulsory for adult participants
but has said that this is likely.
Membership of British Tennis will also be a prerequisite of
participation in the Club’s Wimbledon Ticket Ballot in 2008.
Membership for 2008/9 is free for Waverley tennis members who sign up
by 31 December 2007.
